Taking our Emilia Romagna class is the next best thing to physically being there yourself! Considered to be one of Italy’s most wealthy and developed regions, it is here that you will find delectable ingredients such as Parma's prosciutto, the celebrated balsamic vinegar of Modena, and Bologna's mortadella. We will be using some of these ingredients in our class to create rich and robust dishes that will transport you to what some say is the best place to see in Europe.
