Perfecting 7 classic French cuts
The foundation of every good home chef is how skilled they are with their knife. In this class, we will learn the basics of knife safety, different cutting, slicing, chopping and mincing techniques. We will discuss certain knives, and what they are designed to do. We will learn how to take care of your knives and how to keep them sharp and in the best shape they can be. Because we all know that the sharper your knife, the less you cry.
